Orphaned at a young age, Charlie grew up alone in the streets of Ireland. Learning to survive on the bare minimum, he was raised in a violent culture where he had to steal to live. Eventually, Charlie began to pursue a career as a mercenary specializing in bounty hunting and assassination. This lifestyle has taken Charlie across the galaxy and back and made a good living for himself. Also, it attracted the attention of Cerberus. Feeling as though Cerberus gave a purpose to his otherwise meaningless life, Charlie dove head first into the organization giving it his all.
