Elijah Dorne, or, as he prefers to be called, Lieutenant Baron, was born on Earth.
Bio[]
As most men, he was a veteran of the first contact war. Though instead of building hatred for other races, he built an intrigue in finding their weaknesses and exploiting them to the fullest. A master of deception and a lord of tactics, he joined the military to hone his skills. He quickly found himself out of the military, AWOL, in order to find better pay working with mercenary groups on fairly high-stake missions. But that, of course, wasn't enough. He refused to cease with his research, his will to advance Humanity to it's deserved state as the Apex race among the citadel's numerous races was insatiable. Soon, he managed to contact a man he had recently heard of who was, as they say, very illusive...
